Hygiene Manager
The Westin Hotel & Le Meridien Hotel Bahrain City Centre - Manama

The incumbent in this position is responsible to coordinate and ensure that hygiene and food safety guidelines are being followed throughout the hotel as per the local Municipality. The implementation and maintenance of the HACCP System, all regulations, practices, rules as stipulated by local Municipality and CODEX are being followed.
